Shared Education with BPS

At St John Bosco Primary School , we enjoy a very strong partnership with Bellaghy Primary School. The schools work together throughout the year to build not only knowledge but strong, lasting friendships. Through workshops, discussions and team activities, pupils have a chance to learn from each other. This partnership reflects our commitment to inclusive education and community building, and we look forward to continuing to grow and develop this positive relationship for many years.

Better Together Programme

P6/7 had their final session of the Better Together Programme that they have been taking part in over the last few weeks to develop peer support. We really enjoyed getting to spend the morning with our friends from Bellaghy Primary School A huge thank you to Shaunagh for leading the programme and being such an inspiring role model. This programme has taught our boys and girls all about:

✅️ Communication- the importance of speaking out about how we feel.

✅️ Showing empathy- asking others how they feel

✅️ Managing change and uncertainty by showing gratitude
